New Orleans Jazz Wizards
Jambalaya

If you have spent any appreciable time in New Orleans you understand that jazz is simply everything about the town translated into music - joy, sadness, pleasure and pain. It is a clarinet or saxophone laying down broad strokes of background color and the trombone splattering light about the edges as the trumpet alights on the melody. It's all that with a rhythm section, a really fine rhythm section....

Personnel

Lionel Ferbos trumpet and vocals, Pud Brown clarinet + saxophone, Lester Caliste trombone, Les Muscutt banjo + guitar, Peter Badie bass + vocal on "Saints", Ernie Elly drums
